Currently, BizDoc supports QuickBooks Online only. QuickBooks Desktop integration is on our roadmap based on customer demand. For Desktop files, we recommend using Intuit's migration tool.

Is the QuickBooks connection secure?▼

Yes. We use Intuit's official OAuth2 protocol with read-only permissions. BizDoc cannot modify any data, and all transmissions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. We're SOC 2 compliant.

How long does the connection take?▼

Connecting takes under 30 seconds. You'll click Connect, log into Intuit (if not already logged in), select the QuickBooks file, and authorize. Reports can be generated immediately after.

Can I connect multiple QuickBooks files?▼

Yes. You can connect as many QuickBooks Online files as needed. This is ideal for accounting firms managing multiple client books.
